We understand that circumstances can change, and sometimes, unforeseen issues may arise. Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to provide clarity, fairness, and peace of mind to our customers.

Health Guarantee and Initial Veterinary Check: Every Blue Heeler puppy from Aussie Blue Heeler Pups comes with a comprehensive health guarantee. Within 72 hours of receiving your puppy, we require a veterinary check to confirm the puppy’s health. If a licensed veterinarian identifies a serious health issue that existed prior to purchase, we offer a full refund or the option to exchange the puppy for another, subject to availability. The health guarantee also covers genetic conditions that may emerge within the first year, allowing for a refund or replacement.

Return Policy: We acknowledge that in rare cases, a puppy might not be the right fit for a particular family. If you find yourself unable to keep the puppy within the first 14 days of purchase, you may return the puppy to us, provided the puppy is in good health and has not been subjected to neglect or abuse. A refund will be issued, minus a restocking fee to cover administrative costs and re-homing efforts. The restocking fee helps ensure that each returned puppy receives the care and attention needed while finding a new home.

Behavioral Issues: Puppies are individuals with unique personalities, and despite our best efforts in breeding and socialization, behavioral issues can sometimes arise. If you encounter significant behavioral problems with your Blue Heeler puppy, we encourage you to contact us for support and advice. While we do not offer refunds for behavioral issues, we can provide resources and guidance to help address the concerns, ensuring a better integration of the puppy into your home.

Refund Process: Refund requests must be made in writing and submitted to Aussie Blue Heeler Pups within the specified timeframes. The request should include documentation from a licensed veterinarian (if applicable) and any relevant information about the puppy’s condition. Upon receiving the request, we will review the case and process the refund within 14 business days. Refunds are issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds:

  • The puppy must be returned in the same condition as it was at the time of purchase.
  • All health records, registration papers, and other documentation must be returned with the puppy.
  • Customers are responsible for any transportation costs associated with returning the puppy to Aussie Blue Heeler Pups.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or return if the puppy shows signs of neglect, abuse, or has been injured while in the customer’s care.

Dispute Resolution: We are committed to resolving any disputes regarding returns and refunds amicably and fairly. Open communication is encouraged to address any concerns promptly and to find a satisfactory resolution for both parties.
